This is a class created directly from a workout I do at the gym! I ALWAYS carry my Parasetter with me when I go to the gym, because it makes these workouts so much better.
If you don’t have a Parasetter, you can still do all of the exercises standing or laying on the floor, or on a bench, but I definitely recommend you save your pennies or add a Parasetter to your WISH LIST and get your hands on one soon!

Set of dumbbells - between 5 to 15 lbs
