Regularly and intentionally we need to slow down, breathe, and recover the body.

We use the TYE4 with Pilates fundamentals to lengthen, stretch deep, open up the joints, and break down fascia + stress in the muscles from head to toes. Feel AMAZING after this class!

  • need mat, TYE4

  • Parasetter highly recommended. I teach this class with Parasetter, but it can be done on the floor. (If you don’t have one, add it to your wish list ASAP.. it’s a favorite!)

  • calming music & dim lighting recommended
